The position sits within the Enterprise Support team and plays a vital frontline role in IT Helpdesk operations-focused on ensuring the reliability of key systems, maintaining essential IT infrastructure, and delivering high-quality technical support to end users
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support ITSM and Contact Center systems (e.g., Genesys)
- Manage daily operations of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and Intune
- Handle Windows and macOS system deployment and updates using SCCM/MECM
- Support Apple devices (macOS/iOS) using MDM tools like Jamf Pro
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure technical readiness for events, meetings, and online sessions
- Manage and maintain IT assets and inventory records
- Install, update, and track licensed software across the organization
- Administer DocuSign and Seclore platforms for secure digital workflows
- Create documentation and support project-based initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SCCM
- Proficiency with macOS/iOS management and MDM tools
- Experience with contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys) and ITSM tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft MDAA, Apple ACSP) are mandatory
