At Grundfos, you will join the Commercial Building Services team in the IMEA region that provides you with the support, expertise and freedom needed to identify the future logistic needs of our customers.
Step into Grundfos and a new team with a customer focus Based out of our Dubai, UAE office, you will join a great team with the focus on driving the logistics dialogue with our customers \xe2\x80\x93 the Commercial Building Services (CBS) team is made up of a total of 8 colleagues, all with the aim to create, build and maintain our customer network.

Make logistics and supply chain a value-adding activity and a competitive parameter As our new Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be accountable for improving regional SIOE (Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning Execution) process and the process effectiveness. Tighten the end-to-end value chain teamwork in weekly basis to make sure the Division Regional Sales Plan is well implemented in day-to-day Operations so that regional sales target can be achieved. Provide enough transparency to leadership team.
The ideal candidate will act as the role model to bring Grundfos values of Sustainable, Open, and trustworthy, Independent, Partnership, and Relentlessly Ambitious in daily life, and demonstrate Grundfos\' behaviors of accountability, collaborative, and customer centricity in daily working environment.
Specifically, you will be:

• Implementing and following through the SIOE (Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning Execution) steering committee to identify risks for sales target realization in early stage and from all aspects, make sure effective actions can be taken in time, and all the escalations in the end-to-end value chain can be resolved at efficient speed. Create problem solving which cover the following situations but not limit with:
  • There\xe2\x80\x99s high risk of losing potential project order due to lead time too long
  • Abnormal blocks lead lower actual sales in the month
  • Short term supply issues affected delivery to customers, e.g., supplier got power cut
  • Sales plan is too high or too low in the short-term period
  • Big potential projects require short lead time but facing constraints
  • Customer behavior threat the sales target realization, e.g., keep postponing
  • There are unbalanced deliveries to different Divisions on the same products
• Through the day-to-day sales plan execution process management, He/ She is capable for analyze, summarize, and prioritize findings for SIOP process continuous improvement and performance improvement

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in business or economy
• Have at least 6 years of experience delivering defined processes and analytics within supply chain area in a multinational company
• Experience implementing defined processes within Supply Chain, e.g., SIOP/S&OP Knowledge
• Ability to initiate, frame, facilitate and develop improvement initiatives
• Approach improvements from an end-to-end and holistic view; capability to communicate end-to-end implications
• Leadership in handling cross functional challenges
• Familiar with SAP, BW, Power BI
• Project management knowledge and experience
• Excellent in both oral and written English
