As we expand, we seek a seasoned supply chain professional to helm our end?to?end operations across Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing & Inventory, and Fleet.

What You'll Do

Lead planning and execution of procurement, logistics, distribution, warehousing, inventory, and fleet operations; ensure timely, compliant, and cost?effective delivery. Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support business growth. Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up, payments, contracts, and performance tracking. Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulatory standards (e.g. MOH guidelines, GMP practices), internal SOPs, and quality systems. Track KPIs (e.g. inventory turns, fill rate, lead time), analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Who You Are

Education:

Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Pharmacy or related. Master's preferred.

Experience:

Upto 6 years in supply chain roles within pharmaceuticals or healthcare. GCC/UAE experience strongly preferred. Deep expertise across procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and fleet management. Excellent analytical & strategic planning skills with high attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP/SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Track?and?Trace) and strong Microsoft Excel/BI capability.

Nice?to?Haves

Previous experience working in regulated environments under UAE Ministry of Health Experience handling 3PL logistics, serialization, import/export documentation, and distribution network optimization
