is looking forSenior Supervisor (Mechanical)
inDoha, Qatar
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in the
Oil & Gas
industry. Working knowledge ofinstrumentation systems
and interfaces. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and standards. Experience in managing teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiar with safety protocols and maintenance procedures in hazardous environments.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair activities. Work closely with instrumentation technicians to support integrated systems. Ensure all maintenance work is conducted safely and efficiently. Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and maintenance schedules. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, etc.). Monitor and report equipment performance and downtime. Lead a team of technicians and ensure proper resource allocation. Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per company standards. Assist in shutdown planning and execution. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and industry regulations.
