Halcon, a trusted name in advanced engineering solutions, is looking for a Senior Draughtsman specializing in Cable Harness Design using CREO to support the development of our innovative products.
Role Purpose
Support the mechanical production process by delivering high-quality data packs and detailed harnessing drawings for Halcon's cutting-edge products. This role also includes the design of production tools, jigs, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage mechanical data packs for various Halcon products.
• Model and detail mechanical subcomponents and harness layouts using Creo/SolidWorks.
• Design production tools and jigs for use in manufacturing and testing environments.
• Develop and document harnessing schematics and layouts with a focus on accuracy and standard compliance.
• Mentor and support junior draughtsmen in harnessing and 3D modeling best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical drafting within the engineering industry.
• Qualification in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (degree, diploma, or equivalent technical certificate).
• Proven experience with CREO (Cable Harness) and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, structures, and manufacturing processes.
