WE ARE HIRING -- SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Location: DEC DYNAMIC DESIGN STUDIO

To join our team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Structural Engineer. Strong experience working with consultants is a necessity for the ideal applicant.

Note: Candidates with DM Unlimited license is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the structural design, analysis, and review for 6 mid-rise buildings (G+6). Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for concrete and steel structures. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction to ensure adherence to structural designs and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers on structural design and project execution. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making. Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Candidates must have relevant UAE experience and hold any type of license (G+4, G+12), as well as an Unlimited DM License. Minimum 8-10 years of structural engineering experience, ideally in mid-rise residential. Proven ability to manage multi-building projects from design through construction. Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
