About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Spearhead structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations Develop innovative structural solutions for different type of projects Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations using state-of-the-art software Create and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the structural engineering team Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and schedule Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering

What do we need from you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure projects Proven expertise in reinforced concrete and steel design for complex structures Proficiency in structural analysis and design software In-depth knowledge of international design codes Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and leadership skills * Experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly desirable
