We are seeking an experienced

Senior Structural Engineer

to lead structural design and supervision for a

mid-rise residential / employee accommodation project

consisting of 6 buildings (G+6). The ideal candidate will ensure structural integrity, compliance with codes, and high-quality construction standards across all buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the structural design, analysis, and review for 6 mid-rise buildings (G+6). Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for concrete and steel structures. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction to ensure adherence to structural designs and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers on structural design and project execution. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making. Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with mid-rise residential or employee accommodation projects. Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc.). Deep knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multi-building projects from design through construction.
