We are seeking a qualified and UAE experienced

Senior Structural Engineer

to join our villa construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and implementing structural design requirements, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations throughout all stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & Review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations (DM,DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.) Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design and site-related issues. Provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction teams regarding structural elements (slabs, beams, columns, foundations, shear walls, etc.) Perform structural inspections and supervise on-site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and construction standards. Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and method statements. Ensure adherence to Dubai building codes, authority requirements, and project timelines. Attend technical meetings, authority inspections, and provide technical support for project approvals. Participate in value engineering and material optimization activities to improve cost-effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS-
1. knowledge in AutoCAD
2. Dubai experience is required.
3. Well aware of designing shop drawings & id drawings.
