Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in Dubai, supporting ADNOC offshore oil and gas projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of offshore modularization, structural design, and fabrication for offshore facilities such as platforms, topsides, and process modules.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and perform structural analysis and detailed design of offshore modules, including topsides, decks, substructures, and support frames.
• Develop structural calculations, reports, and design drawings in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international offshore codes (API, AISC, ISO, DNV).
• Provide engineering input to support modularization strategy, fabrication methodology, transport, and offshore installation.
• Conduct structural integrity assessments considering environmental loading, lifting, and sea transportation.
• Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, and naval architecture teams to ensure seamless modular design integration.
• Participate in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and design verification activities.
• Review and approve contractor/vendor documents, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
• Support offshore site queries, fabrication yard coordination, and technical resolution during construction phases.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in structural engineering for offshore oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in modularization.
• Hands-on experience with offshore modularization including fixed platforms, topsides, FPSOs, and jack-up units.
• Prior experience working on ADNOC offshore projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and integrated engineering environments.
• Sound understanding of offshore construction techniques, modular transport, and lift engineering.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
