Experience- 10 Years Required

Main Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel, RCC detailers.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

2. Project Management:

Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects, and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

3. Design Strategy:

Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and business goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's design initiatives.

4. Concept Development:

Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes.
Review and approve design proposals and presentations.

5. Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in design management, specifically in steel structures or related fields.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Strong project management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, techniques, and software tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RCC and steel structures.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

7. Other Specific Criteria/Requirements:

Experience working in the UAE or the Middle East region preferred.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for project-related purposes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
