Job Description

:

Responsible for preparing structural drawings, calculations, tender and construction documentation as per the authority requirements.

Responsible for preparing structural authority submissions and attend technical meetings with authorities whenever required.

Development of specifications, and the review of shop drawings.

Support supervision team during construction till building completion.

Coordinate with other disciplines, Architects, civil engineers, specialist consultants and authorities.

Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriately following up.

*Approved by Dubai Municipality as a consultant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university

3 years of professional experience in Dubai as a structural engineer.

Proficiency is Revit is a MUST.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.

Proficiency in structural calculations software is a MUST.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent technical skills.

Excellent understanding of Dubai Building Code.

Excellent understanding of Different authorities' procedures in Dubai.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.

Flexible attitude.

Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month
