Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering. Hold unlimited license in structural design- Dubai Municipality, UAE. A minimum of 10 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in UAE. Must have proven experience in high rise building design. Must have in depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations. Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE). Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct structural analysis and design for medium and high-rise buildings according to relevant codes and standards. Develop detailed structural drawings, calculations, technical reports, and specifications. Provide advice and technical input to resolve emerging structural issues. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to ensure effective structural design. Attend technical meetings with relevant authorities. Other duties as assigned .
