1. Contribute to guiding the organization\'s leadership to meet the requirements of the strategic plan (finance, human resources) 2. Preparing policies, methodologies, procedures and business models in relation to the strategic plans of the institution. 3. Provide technical support when analyzing institutional risks and finding appropriate solutions to reduce them. 4. Providing technical support in the field of strategic planning for the institution. 5. Comprehensive systematic analysis of the current competitive position of the institution through the current and expected opportunities and threats in the organization\'s business environment on the one hand, and the elements of strength and weakness within the institution on the other hand and the preparation of studies thereof, which contributes to the preparation of a comprehensive strategic plan. 6. Review the vision and mission of the organization with the leadership team and implement the resulting change processes. 7. Preparing and developing mechanisms for linking the strategic plan of the institution and the executive plans of its organizational units. 8. Identify partners and analyze stakeholders (strategic plans of the government, board of directors, partners and suppliers) in order to determine their participation rates in achieving strategic objectives and support joint initiatives between institutions and that group. 9. Develop and define key performance indicators associated with strategic plans. 1. Active participation in the team updating the strategic plan and meetings to prepare annual budgets and link them to strategic plans in coordination with the concerned managers. Follow up on the indicators of the various national strategic plans related to the work of the Corporation Health and Safety Sector within the Dubai Government Strategic Plan
