About the Team
Zoom is looking for an experienced strategy and business leader to join the Corporate Strategy team. In this senior and high visibility role, you will be expected to drive key elements of Zoom's go forward strategy and plans in the Europe and Middle East (EMEA) region. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this role will be focused on driving revenue growth and ecosystem strength in EMEA. This role requires strengths in strategic thinking, business development, analytical problem-solving, marketing and executive communication. It is a tremendous opportunity to drive meaningful impact on the company's growth and delight customers.
Responsibilities
Developing and overseeing an empirically grounded view of our opportunity in EMEA markets with deep local customer, partner and competitor understanding.
Identifying local market and customer insights that can be translated into business opportunities using both organic and inorganic (M&A) approaches.
Envisioning end to end business and product plays and growth strategies that can delight customers, grow ecosystem vibrancy and drive business results.
Formulating strategies to grow partnerships with the local ecosystem comprising channel partners, system integrators and local ISVs.
Developing country specific marketing strategies to grow awareness and adoption of Zoom's product portfolio.
Collaborating across functions including product, finance, marketing & sales to co-develop and drive cross-org alignment on plans to ensure buy-in, shared vision and execution priority.
What we're looking for
10+ years of work experience within or across strategic planning, strategy consulting, product management, investment banking or business development.
4+ years of experience driving business outcomes in the Middle-East or Europe regions.
Possess an education in engineering, math, business or economics.
Possess exceptional business judgment using solid strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
Demonstrate excellent numerical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify insights and drive high impact decisions.
Showcase technological depth and breadth in the unified communications and/or data and AI domains. Highly credible with senior technologists, product leaders, and CxO audiences.
Demonstrate ability and prior experience in using customer, market, and competition data to create business strategy and connect it with investment initiatives across product and go to market.
Display excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels without authority to drive executive buy-in and alignment.
