Job Description

Job Title: Senior Storekeeper
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular physical counts and reconciliation
Organize and store materials for easy identification, retrieval, and safe handling
Monitor stock movement and report shortages, excess, or damaged items
Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent loss or deterioration
Maintain detailed records including GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers
Ensure compliance with company documentation and audit requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete stock and take corrective actions
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for material requirements
Supervise junior store staff and manage site store operations efficiently
Use ERP systems to track inventory and generate reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline, preferably related to Engineering / Supply Chain)
10-12 years of experience as a Senior Storekeeper in Road and Infrastructure Construction projects in the UAE
Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and documentation standards
