Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused experience. Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates, tailors, and support staff. Maintain exceptional levels of store presentation and merchandising. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and walk-in clients. Oversee alterations and tailoring process to meet high-quality standards and deadlines. Analyze sales trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Support digital retail efforts (WhatsApp orders, social media inquiries, online delivery coordination if applicable).

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Experience in

local kandora tailoring and sales

is a must. Strong understanding of Emirati traditional clothing and customer expectations. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and customer focus. UAE driving license is a plus.
