Position Summary
The Senior Specialist -Quality Assurance is responsible to estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities during the implementation of IT projects. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to identify quality issues, document and resolve them and ensure that IT projects meet business needs and standards.
Main Responsibilities :
Review IT requirements specifications and technical design documents for IT projects and provide timely feedback and recommendations.
Identify most appropriate testing approach for each IT project.
Perform integration testing during the implementation of IT projectsthrough defined testing methodologies and protocols.
Document testing actual results and compare with expected results and identify quality issues.
Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve identified issues
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Sports Administration, Physical Education.
Full English proficiency is required.
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Banner, etc.
