Senior Specialist, Performance Management (finance)

Job Description
Basic purpose of the role: To help the organization achieve its Financial, investment and performance objectives by providing insights into its performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to drive better results. Working at HoldCo level, you will specifically be responsible for:
- Budgeting and forecasting: This involve creating and managing the organization\'s budget and forecasting future financial performance for the T&D OPCOs and consolidated.
- Financial consolidation and reporting: This involve consolidating financial data from different sources and generating reports to provide insights into the organization\'s financial and operational performance.
- Data analytics and business intelligence: This involves using data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract insights from the organization\'s data and inform decision-making.
- Performance measurement and monitoring: This involves setting up a system to measure and monitor the organization\'s performance against its goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Risk management: This involves identifying and managing risks that could affect the organization\'s financial (i.e. Net Income, Cash Flow) and Operational performance and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.
- Required to support in ad hoc business requests in close collaboration with other parties of the business within T&D, TAQA GROUP (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) and OPCOs
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business / Finance or any other related field.
- Professional certifications such as Black Belt, ACCA, CFA, is a plus.
- Specialize in Financial Modelling and Data Analytics
- Background in Management Consulting/ Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Performance Management
- Strong analytical skills - Knows how to use \xe2\x80\x9cissue tree analysis\xe2\x80\x9d for problem solving or at list has some intellectual curiosity on how to dissect a problem.
- Team player skillsets (both working with people and coachable)
