Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - IT Network to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies. Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols to protect data and resources. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Conduct regular audits and assessments of network infrastructure to identify and address vulnerabilities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for networks, including configurations, topologies, and procedures. Provide expert guidance and training to junior IT staff in best practices for network management. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT network engineering or administration. Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and security practices. Experience with network design, implementation, and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
