JOB DESCRIPTION: * Install, configure and carry out all the systems administration requirements systems.
- Maintain and evaluate new technologies and procedures for backup, restoration, and disaster recovery for high availability and high-volume mission critical systems
- Proactively monitor systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
- Provide trend analysis to service management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
- Responsible for improvement and maintenance of IT systems including rollout of upgrades and latest security patches or bug fixes as soon as released by vendor.
- Perform DR rehearsal activities within agreed RTO and RPO defined by central bank BCP team.
- Build DR and participate in DR / DC failover, failback drills or DR silo activities.
- Responsible for performance, integrity and security of IT systems. Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational issues and risks and apply fact- based insights to develop and evaluate options for resolution
- Responsible for assigned systems and infrastructure capacity planning and license management.
