Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Provide support and coordination for smooth conduct of both the external and internal Executive affairs of the company CEO and technical input and other ad-hoc support, as required.
Supports the company CEO on matters relating to the Company Boards and relevant Executive committees. Oversee the Executive Office\xe2\x80\x99s workflows and decision-making processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate with TEO stakeholders and content, in preparation for the quarterly Board ExCom and Board meetings. Provide support in the preparation of talking points for the company CEO for the Board ExCom and Board meetings. Review and provide technical input as required on behalf of the company CEO for relevant external Board meetings, including the proposed position for relevant external Board resolutions. Handle information of extremely sensitive nature in accordance with the company confidentiality and information sharing protocol. Support in the development of the Responsibility Matrix that outlines the roles and responsibilities in relation to the company CEO\xe2\x80\x99s multiple external commitments. Provide input for the development of the MS Planner platform to manage the key company CEO and TEO assigned tasks and actions. Lead the continuous communication and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely response and closure of the relevant company CEO correspondence. Conduct the review and analysis of all Board material sections including HSE, Financials, Operational Performance, Major Projects, Market Outlooks, People and Communications for the Boards. Gather input from internal stakeholders and synthesize to create key takeaways, raise concerns and identify themes for the company Boards, on behalf of the CEO. Liaise with the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s Legal Advisor, Corporate Governance and relevant directorates to propose the Group CEO\xe2\x80\x99s position for the Company Board resolutions. Coordinate the TEO material creation and review for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings. Facilitate appropriate forums to enable the required engagements for TEO as well as the CEO. Implement the governance framework and tools for the Executive Office such as the TEO Functional Manual and Operating Framework. Lead the activities relating to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements for TEO, including quarterly updates of the TEO risk register and risk input to the TEO Business Plan.
