We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Senior Spa Supervisor

to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private spa. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and possess strong leadership and technical skills. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for wellness, client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate a team of

six

spa professionals, including therapists and reception staff. Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and family members, ensuring personalized and discreet service. Remain on-call as needed to support spa operations across multiple residences. Operate and maintain advanced spa and wellness equipment, including: Cryo Room Light Therapy Machines Oxygen Room and Laser Machines Oversee treatment schedules, staff rosters, and daily appointments. Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock levels. Maintain compliance with spa policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism. Support the creation and coordination of spa promotions and treatment packages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

5 years

experience in a

supervisory role

within a luxury spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge and experience in operating spa and wellness equipment. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and multitask efficiently. Flexibility to travel or be on-call as required.
