The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of electrical engineering excellence in compliance with DEWA regulations. Responsibilities:
- Solar Project Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with DEWA regulations. Develop electrical engineering plans, specifications, and documentation for solar installations.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering aspects of solar projects. Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- DEWA Compliance: Stay abreast of DEWA regulations and standards related to solar energy systems. Ensure all electrical components and systems meet or exceed DEWA requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and installers, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve electrical engineering challenges during project development and execution. Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation. Generate reports, including progress reports, compliance reports, and any other relevant documentation required by DEWA or internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Solar DEWA Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solar energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with DEWA regulations and standards for solar installations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
