Senior Software Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Software Analyst to develop, maintain, and support key applications, including student information systems and integrated academic software. This role involves troubleshooting, system enhancements, data management, and ensuring smooth application operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and databases.
- Troubleshoot software, data extracts, and mobile application issues.
- Support database security, access management, and data integration.
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver system updates.
- Implement new features and enhancements for academic systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software support or development
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, and reporting tools; asp.NET preferred.
- Experience with student information systems and academic applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English required and Arabic
