Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
:

• Work with the academic team leader to ensure full understanding of the change implications to current business processes and participate in every aspect of the development and implementation.
• Design and build product deliverables according to specifications, escalate technical design or specification issues to the business analyst/project manager, and work within a given timeframe to complete coding.
• Follow good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development.
• Work on application development projects, including requirements definition, analysis and design, data conversion, and testing, as well as enhancements and maintenance of existing applications.
• Assist with the development and implementation of security procedures for the database, including access and user account management, as required.
• Develop work plans and timelines for the assigned projects. Monitors progress to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Test and upgrade applications' patches.
• Identify and resolve data extraction issues while developing new data schemas for the university's data warehouse.
• Create, modify, and tune DBs' schemas.
• Migrate/integrate data with different applications.
• Explore the new features and implement the required enhancements to the academic applications.
• Test and troubleshoot any academic mobile application.
