Click Solutions -- and we're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Growth Executive to help us take our business to the next level.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals for our full range of services: branding, advertising, social media management, video production, and 2D/3D animation.
What You'll Be Doing:
oGenerate leads and pitch creative and animation services to potential clients.
oDevelop and manage a sales pipeline across industries (F&B, retail, government, etc.).
oUnderstand client needs and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with our creative teams.
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
oRepresent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations.
oHelp develop and refine sales materials, proposals, and rate cards.
oAchieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
What We're Looking For:
oMinimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management -- preferably in an advertising agency, marketing firm, or animation studio.
oStrong knowledge of branding, creative services, digital marketing, and animation.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
oFluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
oExisting network or client connections in Qatar is a big advantage.
oSelf-motivated, energetic, and growth focused.
