Senior Social Counselor
Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions. Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need. Collaborate with other social services professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Document client progress and maintain accurate records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Educational Counseling/Community Service. Experience working as a social counselor in public schools. Effective communication skills with students, parents, and teachers. Ability to design and implement innovative and high-quality psychosocial support programs for all categories of students.
