Job Summary

The Senior Site Engineer / Construction Manager will be responsible for

supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and

civil construction projects, ensuring works are executed in accordance with

approved drawings, specifications, regulations, quality standards, and project

timelines. The role requires close coordination with Project Managers,

consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and

accurate progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out and civil works including
partitions, ceilings, flooring. finishes, tiling, waterproofing, MEP, FLS,

FF&FA, IT, AV, Security, Automation, etc. and related trades

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved shop
drawings, method statements, and contract specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce to ensure
productivity and quality

Monitor material usage and ensure only approved materials are used on
site

Project Coordination

Assist Project Manager in planning work sequences, schedules, and site
logistics

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities (Dubai
Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.) for inspections and approvals

Identify site issues, technical challenges, and clashes, and support
resolution in coordination with the Project Manager

Progress Reporting

Prepare, compile, and issue daily, weekly, and monthly progress
reports

Track actual site progress against the approved project schedule Monitor manpower deployment, work productivity, and material
deliveries

Highlight delays, constraints, risks, and proposed corrective actions Attach progress photographs and supporting site records to all reports
Quality Control

Ensure implementation of approved QA/QC procedures and quality
plans

Conduct inspections of completed works and ensure rectification of
defects

Assist in preparation of inspection requests, snag lists, and handover
documentation

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and site safety
regulations

Monitor safe working practices and report unsafe conditions
immediately

Ensure works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and local
authority requirements

Project Management Support

Assist in monitoring project timelines, costs, and variations under the
supervision of the Project Manager

Support measurement of completed works and verification of
subcontractor invoices

Assist in project handover, close-out activities, and final documentation Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Engineering Certificate G+1 / Classification from Society of Engineers -
Dubai Municipality (mandatory)

1-4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or civil construction
projects

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority approval
processes

Skills & Competencies

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong site coordination and reporting skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Reports to Project Manager | Managing Director

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
