Job Description
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10-15 years working experience at Qatar and GCC.
- Can join immediately.
- Arabic must be first language
- Review shop drawings, As built drawings, Letters, material Submittals, concept design drawings, BOQ, Method of Statement, IR, Interim payments etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Supervise the contractor, subcontractor for all submittals and supervise all the works to ensure achievement of scope, specifications and quality requirements.
- Project management experience.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
- Client and consultant coordination ability.
- Knowledge of all building regulation and municipality requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and meet client satisfaction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Experience with different finishing materials.
- Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.
