Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :

Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC in a similar site-based role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
Experience working with leading real-estate developers, consultants, or contractors.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in design and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, BIM tools).
Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
