Senior Site Architect
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all architectural aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that the construction aligns with the approved architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other architectural documentation.
• Resolve any architectural-related issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.
• Liaise with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules related to architectural elements.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines on site.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and site engineers.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction, with a focus on site supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex architectural challenges on construction sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
