Job Description

We're supporting a large enterprise in the UAE seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, scalability, and maturity of their platform. This is a pivotal role within a growing ServiceNow function driving digital transformation across IT and business services.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and beyond.
Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Azure, and other key business applications.
Manage and guide the external implementation partner/MSP to ensure quality delivery and platform alignment with internal standards.
Establish platform best practices, development standards, and reusability frameworks.
Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and organizational goals.

Requirements:

8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong design and architecture capability.
Proven experience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or SPM).
Experience managing external vendors or MSPs, ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.
Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and MID server configuration.
Ability to lead technical teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and solution advisory skills.
