Comply with Primepower servicing schedules and procedures.
Ensure all equipment is prepared for hire in compliance with Primepower 'Green Card' procedure.
Ensure all work performed reports are approved by client (on site) and are legibly produced.
Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client's requirements.
Ensure good housekeeping of work area and service vehicle.
Maintain a minimum spares level in service vehicle as per procedures.
Effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and unnecessary repair costs.
Customer satisfaction externally & internally.
Compliance to QHSE & ISO Standards and Procedures.
Compliance with 24 hour call - out policy.

Requirements:
Able to work required hours and under pressure; work independently or in a team.
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification or recognized trade certification.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience; experience with Cummins/Iveco/Scania diesel generators preferred.
Dealer experience
(Cummins/Caterpillar)
and rental industry experience advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical drawings.
Computer literate; good English communication, both written and spoken.
Able to follow procedures, comply with company policies, and complete tasks reliably.
Valid driving license.
Education: College degree in Mechanical/Industrial field or Grade 10-12 with trade qualification.
