powersports vehicles, golf carts, buggies, and other recreational vehicles
, providing technical guidance, service coordination, and aftersales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers, accurately recording their service requests and concerns.
Assess and communicate vehicle issues to technicians and provide clear explanations to customers.
Schedule and prioritize service appointments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare service estimates, invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
Track vehicle service history, warranties, and maintenance plans.
Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
Promote service packages, accessories, and parts to maximize service revenue.
Liaise with technicians, parts department, and management to ensure smooth workshop operations.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role, preferably in
powersports, golf carts, or recreational vehicles
.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
