We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Senior Service Advisor (Car Care)

to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience, accurate job processing, and efficient workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service and repair needs Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines clearly to customers Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors to ensure timely job completion Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally Upsell value-added services and maintenance packages when appropriate Ensure warranty, insurance, and service documentation is properly processed Maintain service records and follow company SOPs and safety standards Mentor junior service advisors and support team performance

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years experience

as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or car care center Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in workshop management systems and MS Office Leadership skills and problem-solving mindset UAE experience and driving license (preferred)
