Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
Understand customer concerns, accurately translate them into technical requirements, and communicate them to technicians.
Provide detailed service estimates and gain customer approval for jobs.
Use strong dealing and negotiation skills to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
Maintain trust-based relationships with both new and returning clients.
Monitor the service process and keep customers informed of progress, changes, or delays.
Ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate closely with the workshop and parts department to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare invoices, explain charges, and ensure complete transparency in all transactions.
Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Assist in training and mentoring junior service advisors and team members.

Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a German car dealership or specialized service center.
Proven customer dealing experience, including handling high-end clientele and resolving complaints.
Strong knowledge of German automotive systems, service schedules, and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with dealership software (DMS) and CRM systems.
Technical or mechanical background is preferred.
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
