We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Senior Automotive Service Advisor
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. You will be responsible for managing customer service requests, advising on required services and repairs, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their vehicle service needs through active listening and technical knowledge.
Accurately prepare repair orders (ROs), estimate costs, and explain services to customers.
Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
Follow up with customers regarding work progress and any additional service requirements.
Perform quality checks on completed work and ensure the vehicle is clean and ready for delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, services provided, and parts used.
Promote service campaigns, offers, and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Ensure all work complies with company and manufacturer standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably in a premium or multi-brand workshop.
Technical diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management Systems)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Fluency in
English
; knowledge of
Arabic
or other languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with German, Japanese, or American car brands.
Certification from OEM training programs (e.g., Toyota, BMW, Ford) is an advantage.
