Job Summary
General admin duties such as business communication, monthly reports, formats etc.Should be able to design logos, business cards, letterheads, posters, flyers, infographics, emailers and other online marketing material.
Design unique print material including menus, adverts, presentations, invitations etc
Adhere to all corporate brand guidelines when preparing graphic materials
Well versed in the use of the Dropbox.
Maintain leave records for staff and arrange annual travel/tickets for all employees.
Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate reference checks are carried out.
Track staff training schedules/requirements and schedule staff for training accordingly.
Ensure all supplier contracts, product/price lists and files are always up-to-date.
Deal with suppliers for disposable packaging and provide artwork/logos etc for branded items.
Deal with suppliers for customised uniforms, merchandise, retail items etc.
Keep track of and order all supplies for staff - including FOH and BOH staff uniforms, lockers etc.
Update Menus on a quarterly basis and have them translated to Arabic.
Create Weekly Special Menus etc.
Monitor and track inventory of all non-food items on a daily basis.
Produce an Inventory Variance Report and Breakage Report on a fortnightly basis.
Prepare presentations and visual display aids.
Manage and order Office Supplies as required ensuring that the Cafe is adequately stocked at all times.
Assist with printing of all corporate stationery.

Someone who has worked in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Sector would be given preference.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Should have basic graphic design capabilities
