Job Description

Position Overview: As a Palm Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage our flagship palm sales office . You will lead a team of sales executives and work closely with other offices to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with Palm based clients, managing a focused team working on both off-plan , coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Reporting to Residential Director of Provident Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management:
  • Manage a dedicated palm sales team and flagship office. .
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure the team aligns with core values and Mission and Vision of the company.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with senior management and Directors
Secondary Sales Process:
  • Develop and implement effective secondary sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and implement latest industry, DLD and company updates
  • Identify potential buyers, establish contact, and distribute to your team to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and events to attract buyers and investors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on the competition, industry trends, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation and contracts.
  • Ensure all in-house services are promoted by the team
  • Maintain and support the sales conveyancing process, supporting the director of that department
  • Maintaining consistent training post initial training
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide and support a team to offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Regularly follow up with the team to ensure their customers are being looked after, providing updates on projects, addressing concerns, and nurturing leads to successful sales closures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and sales projections.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and strategies for improved sales performance.
