Senior SDS Administrator (Service Delivery Support) - 12 months fixed term

As part of this role you will provide high level administrative support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. Undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries. May include delegation and monitoring of other\'s work.

The role
  • Identify and suggest improvements to administration processes and procedures. Assist Co-ordinator/ managers with the implementation of new administrative processes and procedures within the team.
  • Ensures documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to the individual are planned, evaluated and processed in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Review & analyse data to provide management information/statistics, including the identification and reporting of process failures, to support the overall delivery of processes.
  • Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate, including resolution of service problems.
  • To coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints.
What you bring
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • Exposure in the Account management field with understanding of sales and client care principles. Previous exposure in the same industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting customer support activities in a virtual/international context.
  • Use own initiative able to prioritise and work on multiple tasks whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and results-oriented approach to meet varying and competing client and business demands.
  • Adaptability and well-organized approach with a practical mind
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving team/business objectives.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum).
  • SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design; advantageous.
  • Very good command (written and oral) in English language
