As a Senior SAP BASIS Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers\xe2\x80\x99 priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will:

• Be responsible for daily\xe2\x80\x99s SAP BASIS service delivery activities
• Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to SAP projects and customer needs
• Have knowledge and proven experience with SAP Basis daily tasks including troubleshooting, tuning, upgrades and incident resolution
• Work closely with client to ensure customer satisfaction
• Be fluent in English both written and spoken

Essential Requirements

• 7-10+ years of proved experience in SAP Netweaver products, upgrades and system refreshes
• SAP BASIS experience with SAP BOBJ, SAP PO, Solution Manager, ECC, CRM, SRM, ETD
• SAP HANA, HA/DR/Standalone, administration, optimization and replication
• SAP Certifications in SAP HANA and Netweaver
• Administration knowledge with Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), and Database Hana/MaxDB/Sybase)

Desirable Requirements

• SAP HEC process knowledge experience and Focused Run.

Please note this role is a contractor position, working at the customer office in Dubai for a period of 1 year (with a possibility to extend).
