Synopsis
Etihad Airways is transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, integrating SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). To ensure high-quality implementation, we seek a senior SAP BTP full stack developer to develop and support the SAP products in line with the best practices and standards set by Software Engineering
Accountabilities

• Lead the design and develop applications in SAP BTP including Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Build and third party tools like OpenText
• Delivery and support the capabilities, guidance and technical assistance to the customers
• Perform peer solution reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to continuously improve the quality of the team
• Work within the agile development team to analyze and decompose stories into tasks for simpler implementation
• Work closely with key business users, finance, and IT functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members throughout all the implementation lifecycle
• Manage the end-to-end process for requirement gathering, ensuring that business stakeholders' needs are addressed while balancing technical constraints and best practices.
• Oversee and perform the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets functional, technical, and business requirements
• Develop test scripts, conduct workshops, and coordinate with various teams to validate the solution

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in SAP development, including leading and managing SAP development teams through SDLC lifecycle. Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA, manual/automated testing, and integration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Development (CAPM, SAP Fiori, ABAP, etc.) are desirable
• Solid understanding of Agile, and Hybrid methodologies for SAP Delivery.
• Experience in developing and executing test scripts, test cases for large-scale projects.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a complex project environment.
• Experience in developing cloud-native applications using SAP BTP (including CAPM), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP ABAP RAP, and related tools with expertise in SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, SAP Cloud SDK for developing scalable and high-performance applications. Proficiency in ABAP for SAP S/4 HANA extensions, JavaScript, Node.js and knowledge on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP AI/ML, OpenText etc. are desirable.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-native application deployment
