Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ??Senior SAP QA Consultant - SAP S/4HANA & NFT QA for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires the candidate's physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

Job Summary:

Our partner is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP QA Consultant to lead quality assurance efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementations, including functional and non-functional testing (NFT). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and performance/load testing tools. This role involves defining testing strategies, managing test execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Define test plans for unit, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design test cases and scripts.

Test Execution & Management

Lead execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance tests. Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.). Ensure integration testing between SAP and third-party systems.

Non-Functional Testing (NFT)

Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter. Identify system bottlenecks and collaborate with infrastructure teams for resolution. Ensure scalability and reliability of SAP systems under peak loads.

Automation & Tools

Implement test automation frameworks using SAP Solution Manager, Selenium, etc. Collaborate with automation engineers to optimize test coverage and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business users, project managers, and developers. Support UAT by guiding users and ensuring real-world scenario coverage. Provide regular updates on test progress, risks, and defect resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, defect logs, and summary reports. Ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, ISTQB) are highly desirable. 8-10 years in SAP QA roles, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA. Proven experience in NFT (performance/load testing) and automation. Hands-on with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and cloud applications. SAP testing tools: SAP Solution Manager, eCATT, Selenium. Performance testing: LoadRunner, JMeter. Deep understanding of SAP architecture and custom developments (ABAP, Fiori). * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
