Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Senior Salon Professional

to join our team at

Sunny Wellness and Medical Center, Sharjah

. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in salon and beauty services, excellent client service skills, and the ability to guide and train junior staff.

The role requires performing all duties with the utmost professionalism and care, delivering high-quality beauty treatments, and ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for every client, while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized beauty services, including hair care, manicures, pedicures, and basic skin treatments Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior staff and trainees Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality Manage appointment scheduling and assist in front desk operations Recommend suitable treatments and perform services based on client needs and professional evaluation Address client concerns and feedback professionally to ensure client satisfaction Monitor and manage product inventory; assist with stock replenishment as needed Collaborate with the salon manager to support daily operations and continuous improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a salon or wellness center Strong knowledge of hair, nail care, and other beauty treatments Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example Well-groomed and professional appearance with a positive, client-friendly attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage

High school diploma or equivalent (Cosmetology certification preferred)

Working Conditions:
