Senior Sales Specialist - Retrievable ESP Systems

You?ll find joy in delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic technology solutions. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Selling product(s), services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Managing complex sales processes requires the involvement of many stakeholders both with clients and Baker Hughes.
• Meeting assigned commercial and personal development goals.
• Handling diverse clients in your area/region of responsibility.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling downhole well completion products and systems.
• Have relevant experience/familiarity with electric submersible pump applications.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
• Have the ability to lead programs / projects.
• Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
• Be fluent in English
