Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our welding workshop team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in promoting our welding services, providing product knowledge to potential clients, and closing sales to meet company revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Meet with clients to understand their welding needs and provide them with product knowledge and guidance.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our welding services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a welding or metal fabrication industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
