Job Description

Company A leading company that provides Management of motor sports; organizes fairs and exhibitions; provides public relations services such as planning of wedding, event management and concerts. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities: Making sales calls and responding to clients Maintaining regular contact - for direct relations Attending the client events (including races) Approaching and dealing with customers in a professional manner Initiating contact with prospects to establish interest, determine business needs and sales opportunities, through cold calling and networking Persistently pursue opportunities, representing the best of company in promoting its products, services and commitment to customer satisfaction Continue to communicate with potential customers to retain interest and result in business engagement Monitoring and reporting activities and providing relevant management information Developing and accomplishing the sales plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start corporate sales process Cooperating with Senior Manager to determine essential strategic approaches for sales Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation Coordinating with the internal departments (Operations & Commercial) for status on the clients' needs by ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills, Arabic language is an advantage Ideal candidate is PC literate with advanced skills on MS Office programs (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and able to utilize these applications Excellent presentation skills Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule Drive to seek out commercial focus Attention to detail & influencing skills Is able to maintain stable performance under pressure Organized with excellent ability to prioritize Proven track record in sales Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
