Are you ambitious and has the hunger to grow with us? then this is your opportunity. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between Hempel and its Retailers, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:

Represent Hempel as a company providing quality protective and decorative paints to the customers/retailers.

Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective retailers.

Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.

Maintaining relationship with clients by providing information, support and guidance

Expand the current Retail network.

Grow and focus on LFL.

Actively use and update CRM Tool for Sales (i.e. regularly updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities).

Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities.

Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.

The role will be based in Sohar (Oman).

You should also have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry would be valuable.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Coating Industry from a reputed organization.

Familiarity with different sales techniques.

Computer use competency.

Superior analytical skills.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Sales System, e.g. CRM and IQS.

Self-motivated and driven.

Flexible; able to work long hours, persistent.

Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Holds a valid driving license.
