You will report to Commercial Director Infrastructure North Africa, work closely together with all parts of the business-like commercial, finance, customer services and, collaborating with other colleagues from all over the world.

A skilled negotiator with sales experience

You have experience within sales with an international approach, enjoy working with many different cultures, and continuously optimize your region.

What you can look forward to in this role Maintain and achieve the assigned annual sales target, performing sales analysis regularly, prioritizing and scheduling own focused activities. Set up and keep customers loyalty, as well as identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales strategies and business. Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within the limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and supervise and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans. Assist customer with technical support in collaboration with our Technical service team. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reporting, budget, handle statistical reports and customer administration (customer data and agreements).

What does it take to become our new team member?

We seek a candidate with a strong commercial skill, an aptitude for understanding technical aspects, and proven in the following areas: A good standard of education is required but the desirable key criteria is knowledge about the coating and painting industry.

We expect you to be self-started person, problem solver, result oriented, multitasking with an ability to handle end-to-end processes and solutions. Customer knowledge and key sales competences are vital. The ability to both present and negotiate across a broad range of customers.

Availability to travel 20-40%, knowledge of CRM, Office tools and ability to communicate in English, Arabic and French.
